Zaesen Trading, S.L., is the data controller responsible for processing the User’s personal data and hereby informs the User that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. Accordingly, the following information regarding the processing is provided:

Purpose of processing: to maintain a business relationship with the User. The operations planned for the processing are:

  • Sending commercial advertising communications via email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enables commercial communications. These communications will be sent by Zaesen Trading, S.L. and will relate to its products and services, or to those of its partners or suppliers with whom it has entered into a promotional agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.
  • Conduct statistical studies.
  • To process orders, requests, or any other type of inquiry submitted by the user through any of the contact methods made available to them.

Legal basis for processing: consent of the data subject

Data retention criteria: Data will be retained as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of the processing; once it is no longer necessary for that purpose, the data will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure the pseudonymization or complete destruction of the data.

We also share Personal Information with certain companies that provide services to our company. We only share the Personal Information necessary for them to provide those services. By checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact form or in download forms, Users expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary for the provider to respond to their request; the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The User guarantees that the personal data provided to Zaesen Trading, S.L. is accurate and is responsible for notifying the company of any changes to such data.

Zaesen Trading, S.L. hereby expressly informs and guarantees users that their personal data will not be disclosed to third parties under any circumstances, and that whenever any disclosure of personal data is made, the users’ prior, express, informed, and unambiguous consent will be requested. All data requested through the website is required, as it is necessary to provide optimal service to the user. If not all data is provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will fully meet your needs.

In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, Zaesen Trading, S.L. is complying with all provisions of the GDPR regarding the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and explicitly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, according to which such data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.

Zaesen Trading, S.L. guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to enforce the security measures established by the GDPR in order to protect Users’ rights and freedoms, and has provided them with the necessary information so that they may exercise those rights.

5. Cloudflare Turnstile
